Got out on the road around 9:00 am this morning. I'm still plugging along with couch to 5K week 6. Today I ran a total of 16 minutes and walked 23. I went for distance rather than time today so officially the workout was done before I got home.

It's really motivating to me when I see other people posting their workouts.
It is gorgeous out today. I am slowly working my way down to the Summerton corner. The Highland Festival 5K is in a couple of weeks, but to me it's not a race - it's another day to workout, only with a crowd. LOL!
