I started out on the WII today. I will be doing the yoga everyday from now on, and the strength training on Mon-Wed-Fri which is my usual rotation. (When I'm doing what I'm supposed to do.) The other games, balance and aerobics I will save for fun or for cardio days. I can't wait to get outside.

The Wii fit is very habit forming, and a lot more fun than working out at a gym ! I love the run games in the aerobics section, simply because we have imported so many silly Miis onto our system. it appeals to my weird sens of humor.

ReplyDeleteTo import the Miis you need to have either broadband or an adapter that allows you to get online. I think you can get them from www.shop.nintendo.com , and they run about 29 bucks. We have Broadband and I just assumed that all Wii's were online. I can be rather technology dense !
