Morning update: It's been a few days since I've updated. Usually that means I've gone off track. I'm happy to report that I have been doing well and am optimistic about reaching my June 1, goal. I'm now at 230 and looking forward to getting into the 220's. I learned of another reason to avoid sugar - apparently if you eat a lot of sugar, mosquitoes will hunt you down! I never knew that.

You are absolutely right about mosquito and sugar. And if you take B2 supplements, the little buggers will not come anywhere near you as a rule.
ReplyDeleteGirl i 'am back from vacation! Just in case you missed me. LOL! Did not behave myself at all food wise.....but that was the plan. I did run and exercise though and i planned that too. So we'll see. I won't hop on scale except for an end of month weigh in. So cross your fingers for me. Even a maintain would be good after a trip. I will make a post soon. Jinx!
